Martin Finegan says, “We’re committed to stretching the boundaries of innovation and providing our customers with products we know will be a real menu hit! These Plant Based Scampi have the deliciously delicate and sweet characteristics of traditional Scampi, but obviously, they are plant based. This may sound easy, but trust us it took a lot of work to refine the recipe!”
And don’t forget they’ll please diners who are vegetarian, vegan, plant based or following a flexitarian lifestyle. Winner winner we say!
