Inspired by the bright colour trends seen across the food to go sector, the photoshoot was a culinary delight! Chef Steve Walpole was on hand to create dishes that lept of the plate and made us all very hungry.
From sexy seafood tacos to a well-stacked Lemon Sourdough Fish Goujon loaded burger to eye-catching poke bowls, the theme of the day was vibrancy!
The team from Umami Design for Food oversaw the shoot, which helped turn Steve’s creations into plated ideas to inspire food manufacturers, food to go and QSR operators.
