These value added prawns make an impressive and flavour packed starter, but also sit well as part of a sharing platter or combo creation.
With zero waste and maximum taste, simply deep fry and serve to create your own version of this award winning dish! Best cooked from frozen, Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180°C. Deep fry frozen prawns for 4 – 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving suggestions for Lemongrass & Chilli Prawns:
- Enjoy with a soy dipping sauce
- Skewer and serve with a peanut dipping sauce for easy, shareable snacking
